Very Good

Decent location, lovely people, nice room with a nice view and the free breakfast was good as well.

Aircon wasn’t very strong, and it was quite loud. We just had the fan on at night and that did it for us. Quite a bit of outside noise.

The Guy was really quick to sort out anything we needed for example, Hot water or Electricity.

Honestly they state they are a 3 atar hotel on Google, there is no way this place is 3 stars im afraid. The electricity went off at least 4 times while we stayed for 2 nights (Once again the Guy working there was very hard working to fix it, not his fault but the owners). There were cockroaches everywhere particualry at night time. The AC was not the best either. Sorry to the hotel but its true.

there are lots of chickens beside the lolo bed and breakfast which is very disturbing early in the morning as they are making lot of noise

Very small room, we were only 4 persons and the room was supposed to be for 5 persons. Loud AC. The electrical outlet didn’t work all the time.

Good location. Decent breakfast

We booked and paid more for this property because it had a kitchen and when we arrived the owner said we couldn’t use it. Once I shower him that it was advertised on Booking.com he said we could. This was not a good place for sleep and over the three nights we stayed there we were kept awake by very loud roosters - which is common in Asia - but there were so many of them that we we awake for hours during the night. Another negative is that we paid quite a lot to stay here and only got one roll of toilet roll for 3 nights! We asked for more and he charged us 20pesos! We couldn’t believe that. He didn’t come and empty the bins nor change our towels either. The owner was friendly when he was trying to sell you something, but we found him to be really up and down with his mood. He spent a lot of time on his phone gaming and he would sometimes snap answers so you felt like you were bothering him. Other times he was really nice. We stayed at another place for our forth night and it was much cheaper and better, so go elsewhere if you can
